In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kix8 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at kix8.io.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the kix8 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on kix8.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a player's kix8 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or bonus amount credited to a player's account under a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under these terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the kix8 platform, represented by the ৳ symbol.

By accessing the kix8 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You have read and accept the kix8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
• You have read and accept the kix8 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide to kix8 is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of your first use of the kix8 platform and remain in force until your account is closed, whether by you or by kix8.

To be eligible to use kix8, you must additionally satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on kix8 or on any other platform where kix8 operates a cross-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of kix8 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an account closed by kix8 for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not accessing kix8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

kix8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions at any time may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kix8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. kix8 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation).

kix8 may place restrictions on account functionality — including withdrawal limits — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended pending further review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. kix8 will treat all actions performed using your login details as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

All financial transactions on kix8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Available methods may change without prior notice and are subject to each provider's own terms of service.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kix8 balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the kix8 cashier page and may vary by payment method. kix8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the registered name on the kix8 account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) business minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is incomplete, a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where a withdrawal is flagged for manual review by the kix8 compliance team. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

Fees: kix8 does not impose platform-side fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

kix8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first qualifying deposits. Each bonus is governed by specific promotion terms that are published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 or above who have completed the applicable KYC verification steps.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of one (1) time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• kix8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in use by eligible players at the time of withdrawal.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated play, use of automated tools, or any form of bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

All bets and wagers placed on kix8 are final once confirmed. kix8 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical malfunction, disputed event outcome, or manifest pricing error, kix8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

Sports betting markets — including BPL, T20, IPL, and international cricket fixtures — are governed by the specific rules published on the relevant market page. In the absence of specific rules, industry-standard sporting event rules apply. Settled bets will not be recalculated or reversed on the basis of an official score correction unless kix8 is formally notified of the correction within 48 hours of the original settlement.

Casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and any kix8 platform rule, the kix8 platform rule shall prevail unless the in-game rule is more restrictive.

kix8 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits per session, or market-specific restrictions at any time. These limits are communicated within the relevant game or market interface.

• Creating more than one account on kix8, whether using different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technical means to interact with the kix8 platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or game-show titles.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund a kix8 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity check.
• Attempting to launder funds through the kix8 platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Sharing account credentials with another person, or permitting another person to use your kix8 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that kix8, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive, harmful, or disruptive to the platform, its staff, or other players.

kix8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — accessible from within every registered account. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

All content on the kix8 platform — including but not limited to the kix8 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of kix8 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kix8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No content from kix8 may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, published, scraped, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of kix8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kix8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to the use of — or inability to use — the kix8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

kix8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to the platform. kix8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of kix8 to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kix8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at kix8.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a kix8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kix8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs industry-standard security measures to protect stored data. kix8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by these terms or applicable law.

kix8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the kix8 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the kix8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published at kix8.io/terms-conditions represents the definitive and binding version. Archived versions of previous terms are available upon request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kix8 operates an internal complaints procedure as the first step in resolving any player dispute.

If you have a complaint regarding kix8, you must first submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. kix8 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require additional time; kix8 will keep you informed of progress.

kix8 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. Players who remain dissatisfied following the internal resolution process may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
